We had a trial run before a long holiday, my two border collies stayed at the kennels for 3 nights. Gwen and her staff are absolutely lovely and knowledgeable and the fact that they shared my passion for the breed was reassuring. I didn't see the inside of the kennels but you can see them on the CCTV screen in reception BUT my dogs didn't smell when I picked them up which tells me the kennels are being cleaned and maintained properly.Both dogs seemed very happy and totally relaxed when I picked them up. I saw videos of them walking and playing on the Facebook page of Mooreview which was great! I could see they were happy 😊I will be leaving them here over Christmas while we are abroad.

When I dropped off our cat I wanted to accompany him to the pen as I always had and would expect to do. However this was not allowed so I had no idea what the Cattery accommodation was like when I left my cat which really upset us. I think Moorview is certainly better suited to dogs and with having run a Cattery for 10 years know what a cat needs. I will leave it there.
